EZ Fit Sheds Shipping The kit will arrive in 1 or 2 large wooden crates. This is standard curbside delivery in almost all cases the driver will be able to unload the crates and put them in an easy-to-get-to area. If the delivery truck does not have a liftgate available, you will be required to have 2 people available to unload the pieces from the crate. The pieces are easy to carry with 2 people. If you want to ensure the unloading of the kit, we also have a flatbed truck with a forklift delivery option which runs around $200-$1,000 depending on the location and size of the delivery. This Quick Ship Riverside model includes transom windows in the double door and the single door. The cupola (white structure on the roof), weathervane, and flower boxes are available as optional add-ons. Different door & window placement is not available for the Quick Ship version.

All EZ-fit Sheds are solidly constructed with quality Amish craftsmanship and come partially pre-assembled. All of the wall sidings are already attached to the 2x4 framing and come in 4-foot wide wall panels. As much pre-assembly as can be done ahead of time is completed without shipping the shed all put together. We provide step-by-step instructions for you to finalize putting everything together and the average assembly with 2 people takes about 8 hours. We do not provide installers but if you do not want to build the shed yourself, many customers hire a local handyman to do it.

The trim serves an aesthetic purpose by providing a contrast to the color of the siding while protecting the fascia board from exposure to the elements.
The standard 60" door allows for easy access. Add an optional ramp for easy retrieval of your lawn and garden equipment.

Floor and Shingles can be purchased at your local hardware store. You can also purchase the optional floor kit we have in the add-on section. The floor can consist of 4x4's, 2x4's, and plywood - we can email you the details if you would like.
The shed can also be placed directly on a concrete slab if desired - please select the pressure treated option and we will treat the bottom plate (bottom of the wall) of the shed. If placing the shed directly on a concrete slab we recommend that the slab be 1/2 an inch smaller than the size of the shed. This way the bottom plate can rest on the perimeter of the concrete slab and the wall siding can go down slightly down the side of the slab. This will prevent rainwater from entering the shed. If using a slab that is larger than the size of the shed please let us know and we will attach the bottom plate at the bottom of the wall.

Ramp is optional. It consists of 2- 24" wide x 48" long ramp sections and fits both the 60" and 72" door. The ramp only works for sheds that have a wooden floor. If you are building the wooden floor on top of a concrete pad then the ramp will work. If you are using the concrete pad for the floor of the shed then the ramp won’t work. It will automatically come with a diamond plate door threshold for the double door.
The ramp will come with a diamond plate threshold that will attach to the edge of the floor doorway with screws, this threshold has a J-Hook that the ramp will hook into.

Free Shipping - We currently offer free shipping on almost all items over $199 to the contiguous United States. For some heavier and bigger items such as sheds we may charge shipping for some models to some states. All items under $199 have a low shipping rate which can be viewed when checking out. If you would like your item shipped somewhere outside of the contiguous United States, please email us and we can provide a custom shipping quote.
Order Confirmation - After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation which ensures that we have received your order. While we try our best to keep stock and inventory up to date, when we receive your order, we will immediately confirm the item is in stock and ready to ship. In a case an item is on backorder, we will let you know by email or phone. If you choose not to wait until your item is back in stock, we will promptly provide a refund for the item.
Order Shipment - Your item will ship within the designated lead time posted on your product listing page, which varies depending on the product. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and any other shipping information. Most items require approximately 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Damages - You should inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. If your shipment is damaged, you should note it with the driver when signing for the delivery. If the item is damaged, please contact us immediately and let us know. Depending on the damage we may be able to send a replacement part if that makes more sense than replacing the item. Replacement returns due to our error are NOT subject a restocking charge.
Order Cancellation - If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been processed, you are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. If you would like to cancel after your order has shipped, you will have to follow our return process to return your item. Customized orders and orders that are built, such as sheds, cannot be cancelled once they begin production.
Returns – Many items can be returned for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Customized orders and orders that are built, such as sheds, cannot be returned. To start a return, please email us at sales@homesteadsupplier.com. All products must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. Reason for return must be provided. All returns are subject to a 10% - 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund to the same credit card used for your purchase. A Return Authorization Number is required before sending back a return. Please contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for a return unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or otherwise approved from customer service. If a product is shipped with expedited shipping requested by the customer, the shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping address will be given when RMA number is issued. Does the kit come with the asphalt shingles for the roof? I see it says roof sheathing but no mention of the actual tiles.
Roof shingles are not included in the shed kit for the Quick Ship and also for the regular EZ Fit Shed models.
Does this kit come with everything pictures such as the planter boxes, planter box holders, weather vain on roof?

This Quick Ship 10x14 Riverside model only includes the transom windows in the double door and the single door. It does not include the cupola (white structure on the roof), weathervane, or flower boxes and these can not be added as an option for the Quick Ship model. The only add-on that can be purchased with this model is the floor kit.
I just received the shed pieces and they were unloaded out of the crate. The pad is not yet ready for assembling so the pieces may be outside under a tarp to 4-6 weeks. Does it matter how they are stored? Is it okay for large sections to be stacked on each other and okay for some to be on their sides?
Yes, that should be fine. Please make sure to cover them with a tarp in a way that it doesn’t get wet from the rain. Thanks
