Pasteurizers

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), raw milk can harbor dangerous bacteria that can pose serious health risks to you and your family. The milk pasteurization process kills those bacteria.

What does a pasteurizer do?

You can place your product in a pasteurizer such as milk or juice and then the machine will treat it with the temperature and amount of time you want.

What type of products can I create with a pasteurizer?

You can pasteurize the following:
  • Milk
  • Cream
  • Juice
With our pasteurizer, you can also create the following:
  • Soft and hard cheeses
  • Curdled cheese
  • Natural and fruit yogurts

Do I really need a pasteurizer at home?

If you own a mini-farm or creamery, it will surely benefit you a lot. Even customers that are a small scare producer of dairy products will benefit from having their own pasteurizer.

Can I just make cheese using a pot and on the stove?

You can but be ready with the mess that may come with it. You might burn the milk or maybe even overboil it. You can however use two pots and water in between to protect yourself from burning the milk or the milk boiling over, but keep in mind that you may need to stay near your stove all the time to check and regulate the temperature.
If you have your own pasteurizer, you won't need to worry because you just need to set the temperature and you’re all set!

Is there a variety of cheese and yogurt that I can make from this pasteurizer?

You have endless possibilities of creating any type of cheese or yogurt. You just need to make sure that you choose the correct cheese culture to achieve what you want.

Do you have different sizes for the pasteurizers you sell?

It can increase the quality of milk products by destroying spoilage microorganisms and enzymes that contribute to the reduced quality and shelf life of milk.
