The Cedarshed Cookhouse is the perfect place to BBQ with family and friends, rain or shine! This shed features a
gable side porch that's the perfect spot to keep your BBQs covered - so you can get grilling anytime. With 7ft
walls and a 4ft wide ridge porch, there's plenty of space for you to dine and relax. Plus, there's a handy
drop-down window on the gable walls - so it's easy to pass supplies of food and drinks between you and your

The current lead time frame is 2 weeks for production plus a 1 week delivery time. How long the delivery will
take will depend on the distance from B.C. Canada (just a little north of Seattle, Washington) to your
desired delivery location.

Standard kit comes with a floor. The 2x4 Floor joists and then 5/8” plywood on top. If you choose to remove the
floor option and place the shed on top of a concrete slab, you can nail it directly to the cement slab with a
vapor barrier underlay. The cement should be the exact same size of the shed floor. Call us for the exact floor
size as all shed sizes are nominal.

the standard cedar roof shingles with sturdy, treated strand boards that are ready to be shingled with whatever
design of shingles that you desire. Selecting this option provides a budget-friendly alternative with no reduced
quality.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO: Shipments will be delivered to or as close to your property line and or driveway provided the location is
accessible by the delivering truck driver. Please let us know beforehand any unusual or difficult location
or delivery issues. 90% of the time the driver will be able to unload the shipment.
If the
delivery truck in your area does not have a lift gate or pallet jack, you will be required to unload the
pieces. If unloading the pieces, customers will be expected to cut metal strapping securing product to the
pallet and therefore will require the use of wire cutters. We recommended that you have at least 2 people to
help offload the kit pieces from the truck. Please note that although total freight could be over 2000 lbs,
the kit pieces can be offloaded one at a time, with individual pieces ranging between 1- 100 lbs. The
shipping company will call you directly to schedule the delivery.

Western Red Cedar - An environmentally friendly 100% Western Red Cedar that is extremely
long-lasting cedar. You don't have to worry about any termites because cedar is simply insect resistant.
Wall - Worry no more for you can have as much space as you want with our pre-built 7 feet wall
panels would be more than enough to store all of the things that you currently have.
Roof - Thinking about your roof? No need to exert effort on making a roof because it is already
with a cedar-shingled roof panel. (optional)
Floor - How awesome it is to have an environmentally friendly plywood floor
Door - You can easily secure your dutch door that has a dimension of W 30" x H 71" by having a deadbolt on the top portion of the door and a locking doorknob or door lever on the bottom
portion. You can also add a surface bolt on the interior of the top door as well as a flush bolt for a double Dutch
door.
Windows - Even if you are inside in your beautiful Cookhouse you can still enjoy the view outside and let the
sunlight in with our 2 fixed windows in place. It has dimensions of W 16 1/4" x H 25 1/4".
No Cutting Required - You will no longer have to worry about cutting anymore because
everything is already pre-built and all you have to do is to assemble the materials.
Assembly Package - You don't have to figure everything out because we already did
that for you. Our package has already every hardware assembly and plan for you together with an instruction manual
to help you efficiently assemble everything.
Weather Resistant - Worried about heavy rainfalls? how about heavy snowfalls? Well worry no more
for your cookhouse would be resistant to any type of weather.

Free Shipping - We currently offer free shipping on almost all items over $199 to the contiguous United States. For some heavier and bigger items such as sheds we may charge shipping for some models to some states. All items under $199 have a low shipping rate which can be viewed when checking out. If you would like your item shipped somewhere outside of the contiguous United States, please email us and we can provide a custom shipping quote.
Order Confirmation - After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation which ensures that we have received your order. While we try our best to keep stock and inventory up to date, when we receive your order, we will immediately confirm the item is in stock and ready to ship. In a case an item is on backorder, we will let you know by email or phone. If you choose not to wait until your item is back in stock, we will promptly provide a refund for the item.
Order Shipment - Your item will ship within the designated lead time posted on your product listing page, which varies depending on the product. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and any other shipping information. Most items require approximately 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Damages - You should inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. If your shipment is damaged, you should note it with the driver when signing for the delivery. If the item is damaged, please contact us immediately and let us know. Depending on the damage we may be able to send a replacement part if that makes more sense than replacing the item. Please keep all original packaging as damaged items need to be returned in the original packaging. Returns on damaged items need to be approved by customer service before returning.
Incorrect Item - Sometimes mistakes happen and we may ship the wrong item, if that occurs contact us at info@homesteadsupplier.com and we will send out a replacement item provided the return item(s) are received back in the original packaging with all original content. Replacement returns due to our error are NOT subject a restocking charge.
Order Cancellation - If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been processed, you are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. If you would like to cancel after your order has shipped, you will have to follow our return process to return your item. Customized orders and orders that are built, such as sheds, cannot be cancelled once they begin production.
Returns – Many items can be returned for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Customized orders and orders that are built, such as sheds, cannot be returned. To start a return, please email us at sales@homesteadsupplier.com. All products must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. Reason for return must be provided. All returns are subject to a 10% - 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund to the same credit card used for your purchase. A Return Authorization Number is required before sending back a return. Please contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for a return unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or otherwise approved from customer service. If a product is shipped with expedited shipping requested by the customer, the shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping address will be given when RMA number is issued. DO NOT ship returns to our corporate mailing address.
Wind Rating is about 60 mph. Usually, our customers who live in high wind areas have to anchor it down which needs to be sourced locally.
we would like this with a metal roof - if that is not an option - is it available without the shingle roof at all?
Yes, we can provide a the Cookhouse without a shingled roof so that you can put on your own metal roof. We can provide a discount depending on the size you are interested in.
