Expedited Shipping - We also have an option for expedited 2-week production and 1-week shipping (receive your shed in 3 weeks) for $250.
The current lead time frame is 3 weeks for production plus a 2-10 day delivery time. How long the delivery will take will depend on the distance from B.C Canada (just a little north of Seattle, Washington) to your desired delivery location.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Although our trailers and carriers most often come with liftgates to unload your shed, there might be certain factors such as terrain, road clearance, or the weight of the pallet from being too heavy for the liftgate to unload which might prevent that from doing so. We highly encourage you to have 2-3 people ready on the day of the delivery to manually unload the pieces on the pallet one by one. Each individual piece would weigh around 1-100 lbs. so it is manageable to have one person on the trailer carry down the piece and the other receives it from the curb.

Free Shipping - We currently offer free shipping on almost all items over $199 to the contiguous United States. For some heavier and bigger items such as sheds we may charge shipping for some models to some states. All items under $199 have a low shipping rate which can be viewed when checking out. If you would like your item shipped somewhere outside of the contiguous United States, please email us and we can provide a custom shipping quote.
Order Confirmation - After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation which ensures that we have received your order. While we try our best to keep stock and inventory up to date, when we receive your order, we will immediately confirm the item is in stock and ready to ship. In a case an item is on backorder, we will let you know by email or phone. If you choose not to wait until your item is back in stock, we will promptly provide a refund for the item.
Order Shipment - Your item will ship within the designated lead time posted on your product listing page, which varies depending on the product. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and any other shipping information. Most items require approximately 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Damages - You should inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. If your shipment is damaged, you should note it with the driver when signing for the delivery. If the item is damaged, please contact us immediately and let us know. Depending on the damage we may be able to send a replacement part if that makes more sense than replacing the item. Order Cancellation - If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been processed, you are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. If you would like to cancel after your order has shipped, you will have to follow our return process to return your item. Customized orders and orders that are built, such as sheds, cannot be cancelled once they begin production.
Returns – Many items can be returned for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Customized orders and orders that are built, such as sheds, cannot be returned. To start a return, please email us at sales@homesteadsupplier.com. All products must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. Reason for return must be provided. All returns are subject to a 10% - 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund to the same credit card used for your purchase. A Return Authorization Number is required before sending back a return. Please contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for a return unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or otherwise approved from customer service. If a product is shipped with expedited shipping requested by the customer, the shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping address will be given when RMA number is issued. Can you assemble the structure!
We currently do not offer assembly services for the shed kits. However, we do suggest checking www.handy.com a lot of our customers use this website for installation services. Price ranges from $400-$500 depending on the size of the shed.

We do deliver in Connecticut, and that is free shipping.

We do not have an insulated option for the shed kits, but you can definitely do this as a lot of our customers has also done this for their sheds.
looking for a 10' high wall 24x14
For the Cedarshed Farmhouse, the biggest we can offer is 20x14. For the walls, the maximum height it can be upgraded to is 7'.

We do not provide this on our end but if you are comfortable with some customizing and adjustments on your end, you are certainly welcome to build that out.
Are you able to add the 7' wall extension to the 20x14 farmhouse?
Yes, the Farmhouse comes with the 7 foot high sidewalls be default.
Could you use this as an off-the-grid home?
Yes you certainly can! It will require some modifications on your end depending on how you would like to set it up, but would recommend adding insulation and drywall. Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions.
Are the dimensions inclusive of the porch? In other words what are the dimensions of the interior space? Thank you.
Hi There, the dimensions include a 4 foot deep porch. The interior space will depend on the size Farmhouse you select but you can subtract the 4 foot deep porch to figure the interior dimensions.
I live in Florida, and our building codes are fairly extensive. To your knowledge, will this structure, windows, roof, and doors meet wind mitigation requirements, and pass code inspection?
Yes. We've had customers that ordered the kit and had no issues with building codes. We sent you an email to check which size you are interested in so we can send you the manual.
Are there roofing options? Composite or steel?
The only roofing options for the Farmhouse is either the Cedar Roof Shingles, or the OSB Roof version.

Hi, thank your interest in our Cedarshed Farmhouse. The prices we have for 20x12 is $10,071.20 (with Cedar Roof Shingles), and $8,631.20 (with OSB Roof) as of November 2022. We ship nationwide free of charge.
If I order the 16x14 is that the footprint of the entire structure or the interior space?
The wrap around porch is 4ft deep. The interior space for the 16x14 is 12x10.
Do we need to request a PERMIT to install any of your products/sheds?
You will need to contact your HOA or your local city if they will require you to have a permit before you assemble a shed in your property.

I live in a place that snows. I can't seem to find a snow load or for wind resistance. Can you tell me what that is?
It is advised to follow local county by-laws for anchoring in high-wind states. We do not have stamped drawings for wind and snowload ratings, unfortunately. Recommendations that the production team provided for the wind rating for the shed are up to 50 mph for wind ratings and Up to 80 lbs/sq ft for snowload.
What would be the total cost of a farm House 20x14 delivered to Texas or do you have a location in Tx looking for future plans on a lake lot plus can u send me interior pictures as is
The base kit price for the 20x14 is $11,240.99 as per current promotion. Please note that this would be valid until September 5th 2022 only. We do not have a physical store in Texas but we do deliver there.
