With the Palmako Leif Lean-To Shed, you can keep items in place! This shed is thicker than the ordinary storage shed, with a 5/8" wall thickness.

It is designed to withstand the elements with the help of 5/8" tongue and groove boards on its roof and floorboards, preventing rain from infiltrating the building. It comes in an untreated, natural wood color, allowing you to paint it to your liking. It also adds beauty to any outdoor space, and with its double door, you can easily access its vicinity.

Please note that the item you will receive will be a natural untreated wood color and you will have to treat the wood and paint it. Paint and wood treatment, not included.

LEAD TIME

Items are usually shipped 1-2 days after the order. Depending on customer location, delivery time is 5-7 days.

This structure will ship via LTL freight directly from the warehouse. We will email you tracking information as soon as it is available. When your order arrives at the shipping terminal closest to your home, the dispatcher there will call you to set up the delivery appointment, usually for the next day or whenever is convenient for you.

FAQ

Regarding the delivery, does it come with a liftgate? Does the person delivery help with unloading the package?

For smaller products like storage sheds, yes, these will be delivered with a lift gate. The delivery drivers will assist you as much as they can, but they are only required to drop off the package curbside or in the driveway.
Are Foundations, Roofing materials, and paint/stain not included?

Roofing materials and paint/stain are not included in the package. As well as you will need to prepare an appropriate foundation or base, such as concrete, gravel, treated 2x4s, or cinder blocks before delivery.
Does it come with runners and floor joists?

Foundation joists are included in all packages. If you have any questions about setting this up, we'll be more than happy to help!
Are roof shingles included?
Shingles will not be included in the package. However, you can easily find these materials in any local hardware or home improvement store. Providing the square footage of the roof will usually be enough information for the staff to calculate exactly how much you need.
How are the sheds packaged? Do they come in a crate or in a pallet?

The sheds are wrapped in plastic with straps and will arrive on a pallet. It is important to have a box cutter ready when you are about to open the pallet so it will be easier for you to access the contents.
Is it possible to exclude the floor during the assembly and installation of the shed?
This is possible, although you should make sure to put a moisture barrier between the walls and the ground. It is not described in the manuals, so you would need to attach the wall elements securely to your provided foundation. However, it is important that all directions start with assembling the provided joists base before any other steps are taken.

To ensure that you are eligible for warranty coverage, please make sure to keep the packaging and accompanying documents of your product. Upon receiving the delivery, please carefully inspect all components and upon finding any defects covered under the warranty, please email us at info@homesteadsupplier.com immediately within 14 days so we can find a solution for you.

Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping - We currently offer free shipping on almost all items over $199 to the contiguous United States. For some heavier and bigger items such as sheds we may charge shipping for some models to some states. All items under $199 have a low shipping rate which can be viewed when checking out. If you would like your item shipped somewhere outside of the contiguous United States, please email us and we can provide a custom shipping quote.

Order Confirmation - After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation which ensures that we have received your order. While we try our best to keep stock and inventory up to date, when we receive your order, we will immediately confirm the item is in stock and ready to ship. In a case an item is on backorder, we will let you know by email or phone. If you choose not to wait until your item is back in stock, we will promptly provide a refund for the item.

Order Shipment - Your item will ship within the designated lead time posted on your product listing page, which varies depending on the product. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and any other shipping information. Most items require approximately 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Damages - You should inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. If your shipment is damaged, you should note it with the driver when signing for the delivery. If the item is damaged, please contact us immediately and let us know. Depending on the damage we may be able to send a replacement part if that makes more sense than replacing the item. Please keep all original packaging as damaged items need to be returned in the original packaging. Returns on damaged items need to be approved by customer service before returning.

Incorrect Item - Sometimes mistakes happen and we may ship the wrong item, if that occurs contact us at info@homesteadsupplier.com and we will send out a replacement item provided the return item(s) are received back in the original packaging with all original content. Replacement returns due to our error are NOT subject a restocking charge.

Order Cancellation - If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been processed, you are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. If you would like to cancel after your order has shipped, you will have to follow our return process to return your item. Customized orders and orders that are built, such as sheds, cannot be cancelled once they begin production.

Returns – Many items can be returned for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Customized orders and orders that are built, such as sheds, cannot be returned. To start a return, please email us at sales@homesteadsupplier.com. All products must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. Reason for return must be provided. All returns are subject to a 10% - 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund to the same credit card used for your purchase. A Return Authorization Number is required before sending back a return. Please contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for a return unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or otherwise approved from customer service. If a product is shipped with expedited shipping requested by the customer, the shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping address will be given when RMA number is issued.
